Apostle Michelle Sears
Apostle Michelle Sears is a passionate preacher, visionary leader, and faithful servant of God who has been dedicated to advancing the Kingdom for nearly three decades. Her journey began in August 1996, when, after a life-changing all-night conversation with her spiritual mentor, the late Bishop Deborah R. Whatley, Apostle Michelle realized that God had indeed called a Primitive Baptist girl to stand and preach in John’s shoes. That moment of surrender marked the beginning of a bold and obedient walk into the ministry.
She was licensed to preach in October 1996 and ordained in November 1998 under the leadership of the late Pastor Freddie L. and Bishop Deborah R. Whatley at Church on the Rock. Since then, she has faithfully followed the call of God with grace and conviction.
In October 2001, she founded Women of Destiny, a ministry dedicated to equipping and empowering women to walk in purpose. In June 2006, she established Impact Worship Center International, Inc., where she continues to serve as Founding Pastor. Her pastoral installation was conducted by the late Bishop Deborah R. Whatley. Later, in July 2013, Apostle Michelle’s apostolic call was affirmed by Apostle Mitchell and Prophet Mechelle Reed of San Angelo, Texas.
Apostle Michelle carries a deep burden for those who are hiding in the church — those who show up faithfully but silently suffer. She believes God sees each one of us and desires a relationship that transforms and brings Him glory. Her mission is to preach and teach the Word of God so that all can find true life in Jesus Christ.
With a message that is both bold and compassionate, Apostle Michelle ministers with clarity, conviction, and care. Her desire is not just to teach doctrine, but to ignite transformation — calling every believer into deeper intimacy with God.
A devoted wife and mother, Apostle Michelle serves in ministry alongside her husband, Elder Calvin Sears, and their daughter, Olivia, at Impact Worship Center International in Stonecrest, Georgia. Together, they are committed to making an eternal impact — one soul at a time.
